Welcome to the iMove Physiotherapy Gym page! 

Not being able to train because of a painful knee or shoulder is really frustrating. At iMove, we are passionate about keeping you doing what you love and making sure that injuries don’t hold you back.

Some of the therapists come from cross-fit and F45 backgrounds and can offer specialized gym technique training and advice.

What we can offer!

  • Analysis of your squat and powerlifting technique and identifying any weaknesses, asymmetries, or areas for improvement. 
  • Injury advise and education (such as timelines for return to the gym)
  • Hands-on therapy to immediate pain relief and get you feeling better

If you find that you have one of these our physio’s are trained in diagnosing and assessing the severity of these injuries and help you find the best plan of action for you.


At iMove, we often have contacts with the local gyms in our area. This way we can talk to your trainers and make sure they’re not only up to date with your rehabilitation program but also working together to get you feeling stronger.
