Elite assessment for everyone

AxIT technology

One of the techniques we use is called AxIT testing. This allows us to test the strength and reaction time of each muscle in your body accurately. This type of technology was previously only available at elite sports centres.

This level of assessment allows us to compare your injured side to your good side. This is the best way of knowing if you are ready to go back.

In fact, our goal is to get you 5-10% stronger than before you were injured, our technology and assessment make this possible. Combined with expert therapists who are passionate about running and love exploring the reason why you run.

Massage Recovery Service

At iMove, we are super lucky to have our remedial sports massage therapist Mike Engelsman. He is able to help you recover, reduce muscle soreness, or give you a tune-up for your next run.
