Zeb Jarvis
Zeb attended RMIT University in Melbourne, graduating with distinction with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). He is certified in dry needling and combines osteopathic manual therapy with exercise prescription and rehabilitation to provide individualised, evidence-informed care.
Zeb developed a passion for running several years ago and particularly enjoys working with runners and running-related injuries. His own running has taken him to a number of half marathon events, with the marathon distance firmly on his future agenda. This personal connection to the sport complements his clinical interest in helping runners understand their injuries, navigate rehabilitation and return confidently to training.
Alongside running, Zeb has extensive experience within team sporting environments. Growing up in Victoria, much of his early experience was within local AFL clubs, with exposure to professional sporting environments including the AFLW and NBL. Basketball, however, has always been his main sporting passion, having both played and worked within the sport across Victoria and New South Wales at a variety of levels, and most recently in the NBL1 program at Sutherland.
